I do a 5 day split of legs pull glutes push legs. Abt 6 exercises per day :) can give more details if interested

It depends on your goals tbh. Like just wanting to feel fit, wanting to eventually get into body building, wanting to get into powerlifting, wanting to lose weight, etc
