I’m on a weight loss journey(215 to 177 so far) but I’ve hit a plateau for like two months. I’ve just been stuck in between 177-180 and it’s pissing me off. I only eat around 800 calories a day just cause I don’t have a big appetite. Idk what to do

If you are working out more than 4-5 days a week or regularly exercising you should be eating more than 800 calories. Your body will hold the weight if you are not getting proper nutrition. And focusing on eating more natural foods that don’t cause inflammation

Im not a doctor but you could try upping calories and protein and start lifting weights (would be more body recomposition)

Look into zigzag dieting!! So you eat a calorie deficit for most of the time and every now and then you eat at a higher amount. Usually this helps me when I hit plateaus! Also make sure you are eating enough to keep your metabolism going!! i would go into a few different websites and find the averages of the calorie deficits they give you!! Proud of you and you got this <3
