can someone give me (f20) advice or point me in the right direction please? i want to eat more protein and gain my weight back healthy this time but i want a slimmer waist. idk how this works. i’m just irritated i lost my chest &curves when i lost weight

i’m a college student & don’t really eat fish or turkey if that helps. trying to increase protein and fiber because i’ve heard that helps too (?)

imma leave two comments and this one is food recommendations yogurt/ smoothie bowls (mix protein powder into nonfat greek yogurt, there are so many recipes online) egg whites shrimp has crazy macros 98% lean ground beef obvi chicken is your bff TAKE CREATINE

if you want your boobs back i’m sorry but you’re gonna have to get some of your belly back too :( but my waist started looking smaller the more i grew my delts and legs so here’s the split that got me the most leg growth legs (quad dominant): goblet squats with barbell, high weight as main lift pull (back and bi): lat pulldown as main lift legs (glute and ham dominant): deadlift and hip thrust, high weight as main lifts push (chest, triceps, delts): bench or chest press as main lift LIFT HEAVY
