
I’m 5’9 and about 210 lbs, but nobody would ever guess from looking at me. I carry my weight in my hips and thighs and some in my stomach. I know it’ll be a lot of work to get where I want because I’m starting from scratch, but I really want to make this change. I’m only going 3 times a week for now just to get into the routine, so I’m doing mostly a full body workout each time. Once I start going more, I’ll split it up better and add in more cardio as well
