I've changed my entire lifestyle and still not lost any weight, I'm strongly considering ozempic atp. I eat whole foods in a deficit (1400 cals), lift 3x a week, get 10k steps daily, and my weight has barely budged. It's so frustrating like kms

Too much of a deficit and you can crash your metabolism.

You sound like your doing all the right thinks, if it’s been more than six months I’d talk to your docs. There are things that they can check then decide what to give you to help.

I do agree with the others if your eating too little you can bloat instead of lose weight. 1600 or 1700 would be better for you.

I'm 5'2 I don't think I need to eat 1700 cals, 1400 was approved by my doctor

1400 should be your net calories. eating 1400 and burning 200-300+ with walking, weight lifting and the afterburn effect from weight lifting leaves you at barely 1000 calories which is not sufficient for your body to make significant changes. you should be at 1400 net accounting for calories lost in activity.

Yeah I don't really believe in keto, I was a nutrition student for a while and they basically said it wasn't good for long term and wasn't great for women
