What are some good at home workouts for weight loss if im nervous about going to the gym

- Walking 5k to 10k, getting weighted vest to walk with. - you can create split days just like the gyms based on what area of muscles being worked in the exercise. Like lunges target your legs so it goes on leg day. Then set everything to basic 3 times 15 with rest in between.

Lean beef patty has some great videos but are pretty tough. There is this yoga channel I really like her name is Charlie follows and it gradually increases intensity through the video and is very doable!

Oh yesss, im on a college campus so i have enough resources its just ill look something up and it doesn’t work for me the same as others, probably my metabolism, my fat tends to go straight to my thighs and and butt and ask a masculine presenting woman its stressful😭, so yes I will indeed take a trainer
