Idk girl it’s hard I recommend trying to go in the morning when u first wake up so then u won’t have to think about it again during the day

If you want it bad enough, you’ll keep going, eventually you’ll feel terrible for missing even one day so that’ll force you to go

Stay hydrated and eat foods that will fuel you for sure and don’t be harsh on yourself if you can’t lift the same you did the week before it’s completely normal.
