
This is a lot. Most people train legs twice a week. You can do 3x, but your recovery has to be excellent. Sleep well, hydrate, eat well, stretch, no alcohol. My worry would be that it’s not sustainable, but if it works for you then ok. My next reaction is that there might be too many glute exercises it’s redundant. You don’t have to do every glute exercise. Lose a couple and make abductors, adductors, and quads mandatory. Those are crucial in providing stability for your compound lifts
