Yeah you ain’t making it, I sprained BOTH anckles and couldn’t walk right for two weeks… the doctors told me to keep the boots on for two weeks but like a dumbass I didn’t listen… now it hurts when I walk for too long

Running on a sprained risks a worse injury and increases recovery time. Definitely recommend the RICE method (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation). Don’t start running again until you can walk without pain.
