my wrists hurt whenever i do literally any exercise like bicep curls or smth please help 😭 am i just weak? holding it wrong? why?

I used to have the same problem. I think it honestly just took me a while to build strength in my wrists. Wrist straps are deftly an option too. You can also do lighter weights but more reps if that feels better.

I had the same problem but for my knees :’) it goes away after a few weeks (less if you go more frequently) as you build more muscle to support those joints
