Actually how do i get abs i am so skinny fat and i lift weights regularly and eat right and am like the most skinny fat person you can imagine

Choose a goal. Ab workouts won't reveal your abs. Either cut or build you can't do both

I had them pop a bit doing weighted ab exercises which can get overlooked. I’d do dead bugs with weight, Russian twists, toe taps etc. and push your planks all the way to failure. I do like an easy on the first cycle (~1.5 min) then get to 3-4 in the other rounds

Well start with ab workouts and make sure to also do weighted ab workouts for at least 30+mins

Pop is different than reveal. Pop means you already were lean
