I’m currently in law school so my advice might be kind of strict but for me it really was like an issue of stopping myself from believing I deserved a bunch of free “lazy” time. I used to want to get home from Class and just hang out on my couch for like five hours and go to bed, but I had to accept that I might’ve also wasted three hours before class that I could’ve studied or worked out.
It kind of hit me that like, a full day of genuinely enjoying my space and like doing whatever I want to do is just going to serve me better than like being annoyed that I didn’t have a lot of time in the day. Also, it helps me save time on cleaning that I’m home less so that’s helpful 😌
