
Start strength training! Don’t be afraid to lift some heavy weights and eat more than you’re used to! Prioritize protein (try around 1g per lb of body weight). Don’t try to bulk/cut just yet you don’t have to track cals but i would roughly track protein fs! I recommend finding a YouTuber/influencer with a transformation similar to what you’re going for that has their routine posted and start by following that! Take progress pics and make sure your routine/diet is sustainable and enjoyable!!
