chat i js lost like 3 lbs finally after going to the gym since august but i need help with my cal deficit

What could help is swapping some of your carbs for more veggies or for a bit extra protein! Even though I’m still new to the gym, what helped me lose the weight outside of it was eating carbs 3 times a week, drink more water and sugar free drinks, and instead of regular Barilla pasta, I’ve been doing the protein pastas! When I’m craving something crunchy like chips, I’ve been trying to redirect to apples or carrots. Carrots, I tend to just cut the ends off, cube them, and then pan fry em a bit!

oh i got you! what specifically are you struggling with? qualifications- lost 20 lbs on a calorie deficit and still gained strength and muscle during the time

For sweet, I tend to reach for oranges or watermelon instead of gummies or candy!
