
in important thing to note is that as women it’s slightly harder to build them as opposed to men because we usually have more fat around our abdomen area (to protect our organs, etc.) but the parts you’ll need to work o get abs would be: upper abdominal, lower abdominal, and transverse abdominal (obliques are the sides of your abs, most women don’t like to work them but this is done through things like russian twist)
exercises to develop abs in each of the places i mentioned and what they do: upper abs (the upper 4 pack area): cable crunches, weighted crunches, sit ups (also works hip flexors) lower abs (lower portion of six pack): hanging knee raises, hanging leg raises, lying leg raises entirely rectus abdominal: ab wheel rollouts, v-ups, mountain climbers, planks (entire core) deep core (muscle under visible abs, also help stability): dead bugs, planks, ab wheel
