please give me the dumbest most effective way you finally convinced yourself to start going to the gym. i’m stuck in an endless cycle of “i’ll start going next week”
when i start to feel unmotivated i tell myself that i can buy a cute new gym set after 10 more times of going to the gym

Maybe working out at home will be easier for you? I know if I were to rely on working out in a gym I’d never workout. I workout at home it’s more feasible for me.

Honestly I just go. I have a fixed schedule when I do what. May workouts are all planned out and it’s just something that has to be done. It’s not up for negotiation. Just plan and do it

i don’t do it at home either😭 ideally i would mix in a little bit of both at home and in the gym. i have access to a rec center with a full gym, track and pool that comes with my college tuition so id like to take advantage of it
