it very much depends on your genetics. a healthy weight varies heavily- as long as your comfortable with your body you’re fine! if you’ve got lots of muscles you might be considered “overweight” but that’s not a bad thing!

i am 4'11 and fluctuate between 100-130 depending on the season! BUT even then, 100 is almost underweight so please be careful!
