Hey yall! I’m pretty fresh out of cancer treatment and unfortunately lost a lot of muscle that took years to build and gained fat from meds 🥲 (in remission tho!!) At 160 lbs, trying to cut to 145-150, then focus on muscle growth. Any tips??

The term muscle memory comes into play here. It’s easier to build back to where you were than if you were just starting out
