you keep going. motivation is a fleeting emotion that you can’t rely on. consistency will build momentum and discipline

Get some high stim pre workout and take that when you don’t feel like going. The ants under your skin will motivate you lol

have an accountability buddy + put reminders on your schedule (treat it like a mandatory routine similar to brushing your teeth). understand what that lack of motivation means - whether there’s a lot going on in your life and you have a hard time managing your schedule or you’re just not enjoying your workout split, reflect and address the underlying root cause
