Any advice on workouts that actually grow my butt?? I don’t really like Romanian deadlifts because I can’t feel it. And when u do squats or deadlifts do you elevate your heels or toes?

Bulgarian Split Squat I hate them but I’ll die of this hill faster way in my opinion

I only do step ups, hip thrusts, glute extensions, and hip abductions. Those 4 are my HOLY GRAIL I ACTUALLY saw glute Growth with these. BUTTTT only if u actually go heavy and progressively overload, eat ur protein and creatine is a gift from God

If u struggle with falling, you could also try single leg on the leg press with ur foot placed higher on the machine

How do you place your foot on the machine like do you have your toes pointed to the right straight up or to the left? Sorry I just have seen other do thing like this but I am just not seeing results
