swap shit you already eat for zero cal versions of it, so like soda to diet soda, chips for rice cakes, ranch for low cal or greek yogurt ranch etc

walk everywhere you can. no more elevators, escalators, etc. go to the club/bars. dancing burns a fuckton of calories, just get skinny versions of your drinks and remember alcohol has cals. it's not complicated, you can do ts💘

once you do those things super comsistently then really start grinding in the gym and with your diet, but ngl those things alone made me lose 10lbs without even trying

oh last one, when you go out to eat ask for a to go and box up half your food before you even start eating. at home, eat off a smaller plate. no more fast food unless it's going out unless it's an important occasion. keto bread a lifesaver. try and go to the gym 3x a week and just do smth for at least 30 minutes, swim, walk around the track, watch youtube on the treadmill idc, just show up. this all helps with consistency and cravings. you got this
