i have an apron b shaped belly, and i’m wanting to lose that… how? i can only use machines and no free weights due to lower back arthritis, but i just want to get rid of my belly :( i’ve been going to pf 3x a week, but i feel like im not doing enough

This the next I could do 😭🤣 I forgot the name of the workout but you lay on your back and bring your knees need to your chest & the weight to your knees

free weights are like the dumbbells and plates. something not attached to a machine. my physical therapist told me it was too risky right now since if i do the form wrong i could load my spine or just hurt it worse. it also just hurts for me to hold anything heavier that 15 lbs off the ground right now. i am working up to be able to do those kinds of things again tho!
