Honestly if your bodies not changing like you want. First step look at your food. If your eating quite healthy and calorie deficit then step two is to go to doctors and ask them to test hormones, vitamin D, iron, and other vitamins. A lot of times those two even been slightly low can slow your ability to lose weight. Your hormones can affect it heavily. If your losing weight but you don’t exactly feel it start a photo log. It helps a lot.
make sure you’re getting enough fiber! don’t crank up the amount by lots at first, that will give you major bowel issues, but add a bit to your diet at a time. ideally you should be getting around 25-30 grams of fiber a day! you can add a little barley rice to your white rice, have oats for breakfast with an apple with some skin on, add beans to pasta!
I would look into PCOS. I was just like you eating healthy and working out and nothing. Literally gave myself an eating disorder because I kept not eating so I would lose weight. I was eating max 400 calories a day as well as working out 7 days a week. I was literally passing out because of it and I was still 180 lbs. I went to a doctor and they said I had PCOS and that it affected my metabolism so much so that is why I wasn’t burning fat. I started taking supplements and now I am down to 145lbs
