
okay so for 25 days it’s - reading everyday for at least 15-30 mins - doing some type of workout everyday - eating mostly/only whole foods (cutting out processed foods and eating less sugar) - 15-20k steps a day bc im in college so i easily get to 20k steps by walking around so im upping the amount [the purpose of this is to help me be more disciplined that way i can hit my goals bc discipline is something i REALLY struggle with]
