
Everything starts with ur diet, u could be working out hard, lifting heavy, doing everything right in the gym but if ur diet doesn’t align u won’t see progress. Make sure ur getting ur protein in while eating at a caloric deficit. This deficit is SUPERRR important when trying to lose weight, essentially calculate roughly the amount of calories u usually eat and eat under that.
