Guys I need help determining if I outgrow my nutritionist I had for my eating problems in the past. Basically I am on bulk and her input feels useless
-told me 3 weeks in a row increased weight was due to period
-keeps trying to increase my calories despite my consistent gain
-tells me that the additional surplus is needed in case I expend too many calories one day
-tells me to obsess and restrict the calories I burn in gym

tell me your ways😭 but regardless a bulk only needs to be around 200 over maintenance so that you aren’t putting on too much fat
