be active throughout the day, shooting for probably around 10k steps a day! lifting 4-5 times a week as well with high intensity, and then of course the calorie deficit w/ 1 gram of protein per pound you weigh!! feel free to ask more questions

try not to stress too much about eating, js slow down when you eat and notice when you’re not hungry anymore. this is what helps me eat less rather than restrict my diet/snacking
