creatine helped me, you need to be eating more than you think you should and progressive overload ur weight. Also calm down on cardio if u haven't already 25 mins incline 12 walk 3 speed is plenty.

eat low volume high calorie foods, usually stuff high in fat. aim for ~100g of protein (0.8g/lb bw), workout, and eat food like oil, nuts, avocado, fatty meat, full fat cheese, eggs, etc.
