U can lose ur period for a lot of reasons, if it’s cuz of sudden increase in exercising I would try eating and drinking more. Watch ur stress levels too 🫶

Go to your doctors to check that you don’t have underlying condition. Make sure you’re eating enough and not dehydrated.

Gotta eat more and have a healthy amount of fat on your body. I would lose my period when I was younger and it wasn’t until I actually ate more that I had it back.
