hi!! i want to start my journey to lose 55 pounds! i’m 21 and 5'10 and 235 and would like to get back down to 180! any recommendations/anyone willing to hold me accountable? this is the heaviest i’ve ever been and need to lose weight

Lift weights. Walk (zone 2 cardio). And just slowly add things in so it’s more manageable. I started out with just walking. Then I started walking in zone 2. Then I started adding in leg weight lifting sessions. Now I’m starting to jog for 10 minutes
