I can’t do any glute exercises without feeling it in my lower back! 😓😭😫 any advice???????

That’s pretty normal. But posture also makes or breaks ya. Soreness will remain. You could also do modified ones (look up examples) floor workout vs gym machines may also change your perspective

Okayyyy!! Thank you for the advice, I never thought of that!!! I don’t mind the soreness, I just don’t like feeling my lower back almost get numb Ig is how I would word that lol

What helps is stretching after your workout. When your muscles are nice and warm, it’s easier to stretch. Look up specific lower back stretches and you’ll feel the difference. It’s easy to do our own physical therapy honestly. Just be consistent !
