Guys I’m new to the gym. I weight abt 170 lbs and I’m trying to go back down to 135, which is a little ambitious . I literally have no idea wtf I’m doing any good tips or workouts ?
I’d get some sort of (free) workout app that can design workouts for you like Caliber or similiar. They have videos of different exercises and is really good for starting

Weight loss happens in the kitchen, not the gym. Exercise is great for you and you should do it regardless but if you want to lose weight you should diet.
