Been so inconsistent in the gym for the past year. Starting weight was 215 and I’m now 189.2. Body dismorphia is blinding me from my results. I need to continue losing weight without losing the curves in my body. My butt is diminishing :( Any advice? Tyia

The “curves” you’re losing are just fat. Lose fat and then build muscle in those areas
