Just weighed at 201. I need tips to stay locked in during the semesters bc my goal is to be 165 by the end of the year.

What helped me a lot was walking about 10,000 steps at least 5 days a week. Just looked for longer routes to class and it became part of my daily life.

Fasting!!! it’s hard at first but it helps like crazy I’m on the same boat as you. Def do your own research but i never do it for the same days or lengths back to back idk if it’s true but i saw someone say if you do same days and stuff your body will get used to the routine and it won’t help anything

What I do is I wear my gym clothes to class and go right after class without going home first. Also, lots of protein!!! Protein grows muscles but it also shrinks fat stores. Caffeine is another great way to shrink fat stores but you also need to eat beforehand.
