It’s abt the baby steps right? I went to a big manly man gym w a friend who showed me how to squat, leg extension and curls. Today I went to PF by myself and made a mental map so far of the 30 minute area. Yet to venture towards the free weights 💅🏻

I’m a little disappointed I didn’t find the rack / feel comfortable doing that tonight. Bc I tried to hit exactly what we did last week and then some, sorting out where my max weights are at and doing the same reps that took me out for a week. I don’t feel the same and that’s sad. Hopefully I ‘feel’ it tmrw
