WALKING WALKING WALKING. Yes walking over running. If you are consistent and walk for like 45/1hour on the treadmill every day that’d work fs

the only route to lose weight is a calorie deficit! i’d recommend tracking your intake and make sure you are eating at your desired deficit

Change your diet in small ways. Sugar based craving? Try a fruit. Small switches from cravings. Don’t load up on dressings or sauces. When you want to eat drink water first. In the gym try the 15 incline on speed 3, stair master for 1 month will SHRED your fat noticeably. If you need a boost like creatine do H1 not mono, mono requires 2/3 liters of water min. And bloats.

Take weekly body check in pics to see your progress. 1-2 weeks will be small. After you’ll see changes compared to week 1. Same outfit, light, distance, and pose. Walk as much as you can. When you doom scroll try weighted russian twists to a short 5-20 min yt vid audio.
