i’m have a huge sweet tooth. what works for me is having healthier alternatives like raspberries, protein treats, yogurt, etc or just eating the treats i want into moderation

When I first started I craved chocolate every night. I did one of two things. Aye chopped bell pepper with mild chamouy ooorr a bowl of Oiko vanilla protein yogurt with a tbsp of Nutella. If you plan to have the dessert definitely just eat the yogurt. It’s so delish.

It just cut up bananas and freeze them and then when I want something sweet, I just throw a frozen banana in the blender with a little bit of Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and a little bit of cocoa powder. It’s “nice cream”

Thank u I’ll def try yogurt. I wish the dining halls had more of the good yogurt not the straight sugary stuff
