yea i think most have to be injected which is part of the reason they’re controversial since it basically bypasses your body’s “filters” that happen in your digestive tract and goes straight into your bloodstream

Don’t trust peptides, there has not been enough clinical trial to justify their use and maybe peptides sold in market are not usually entirely what they say they are and have been laced with other chemicals
