amino acids pretty much. which make up proteins in the big picture

Peptides are chains of amino acids making up a protein, which can be used for skin, bones etc

Don’t trust peptides, there has not been enough clinical trial to justify their use and maybe peptides sold in market are not usually entirely what they say they are and have been laced with other chemicals
