I wanna go on my first mini cut before leaving for a little vacation in a month. Any tips for someone who's only ever bulked? My calculated tdee is around 1800 calories

if you haven’t cut before i would do a pretty minimal cut, maybe about 1500 calories (putting you at about 0.6 pounds lost per week)! getting in your steps also definitely makes a big difference

small cal deficit, get in a little extra movement throughout the week whatever u find the most enjoyable, and keep lifting (if that’s something u typically do) + eat high protein to preserve muscle!!

Tysm I appreciate this!! Luckily walking dogs is part of my job so I usually easily surpass the 10k steps goal :) I'll just have to cut back on calories and do some more cardio
