Abductor machine 100%!!!! Do them the normal way and leaning forward with your hands on the machine for support. You ca also do weighted clamshells on the ground with a plate on your leg. I have hip dips and want rounder glutes so this is what I do to help with that! You can also look up gluteus medius and minimus exercises on tiktok if you want more ideas and tips on form!! 😊
