Anybody have advice/experiences on how to recover from a sports injury and get back in the gym? Im kinda losing hope- ive been healing rly slow this time and I miss the gym 😔 all i can think about are my muscles shrinking

ur muscles have memory wtv u have lost will be built up much quicker than the first time
