i have diff shoes depending on what i’m doing tbh i like vans for leg day though wasn’t a fan of metcons they felt too stiff and clunky

I have looking for a pair of gym shoes for years and I have noticed that when I tried on a pair of shoes like these they felt immaculate and also my dad agreed these shoes works REALLY well on him too and I see a lot of people at the gym wear these too and have gotten a lot of good reports on these but keep in mind my foot anatomy prob differs from you so each brand is tailored different for each different person
