Sarah, my son had this too. He said lubiderm lotion helped a lot,,, must be some kind of skin rash maybe?? He also needed a bunch of tissues so I think it has a runny nose as a symptom as well!! Hope he gets better soon LOL❤️❤️😇WAP

My son mentioned a similar issue. He claimed he had a "ligma" issue, but when I asked he just said it was a testicular issue and laughed. Not sure where to go from there
