9 minutes with alarms 10 minutes apart or similar set up. First one goes off and you snooze then it goes off again and the second 1 minute later then with those snoozed it goes 2 minutes then 1 minute then third and so on. It’s been the only thing getting me up on time since I often shut them off in my sleep

Five minutes is my sweet spot! I think I tricked my brain into thinking I’m getting more rest if I hit the snooze button twice instead of once

But also important note it should be 15 mins or less, since you might enter stage 2 sleep which is harder to wake up from 🤓☝️☝️
