I used to work at Starbucks and they have peppermint syrup year round. They only advertise it during Christmas time tho.

This only holds true for proper franchises, though. A lot of locations that are on college campuses or inside another store (like B&N or Nordstrom) aren’t proper franchises, they’re just allowed to buy and serve Starbucks products, and these locations only have about a one month period in which they’re allowed to order peppermint, and the quantity they’re allowed to order is dependent on how much they order other stuff.
