I don’t really know who I pray to when I do pray, post-deconstruction. But I do pray sometimes to what I guess is a conceptual collective of all those I’ve lost/those who came before. My people were all some of the best humans ever. If they’re out there, I’ll ask them to help, and if they’re out there, they will. In the meantime, if you haven’t tried it, deep pressure therapy (weight on chest/body) + icing the vagus nerve has been helpful for me, as supplement to meds/therapy. Take care <3

I’ve kinda struggled with the same thing. Jesus is always with you even when you think you’re at your lonest. A scripture that’s helped me is John 14:27 🤍
