yep, TIME. And the second you feel low energy, immediately go outside and walk. Invest in nature and beautiful parks and just walk. Encourage yourself! Relationships these days aren’t what it is. I’d stray away from it all. Find happiness from within!

i would recommend finding an outlet for the negative thoughts (journaling, boxing, screaming) then immediately follow with a self care calming activity (deep breathing, stretching, knitting, coloring, watching your favorite show, warm bath). give yourself love because that's what matters most! don't let them take away your future, they belong in the past. now it's time to put positive energy and kindness into yourself! you deserve it more than anything!
