I’ve heard from other previous porn addicts who were able to knock their addiction to heal the source (loneliness) instead of fight the coping mechanism (porn). Make new friends and improve social skills, fill your time with new hobbies, and examine the relationships you already have and examine possible toxic elements. Less time bored and alone means less opportunities to look at porn which will naturally curb your addiction. Relapses are normal, success comes from persistence in good habits.
