I think they mean if you think of a week as 7 “games”, you still “win” the week if you can have 4/7 “good” days, whatever that means to you

Playoffs series analogy. Each series has 7 games, the team that wins 4 wins the series. If you achieve your goals at least 4 out of 7 days if the week - you won that week. Imagine achieving your goals 4 days or better for 52 weeks - hell of a productive year 🙌 🏆

You don’t have to win the 7 days of the week, just win the majority; you’ll be fine.
