I promise u they have seen everything and hair is normal. If they make u feel otherwise they should not have their license 🙏

i get embarrassed too but i just remind myself that they aren’t there to judge my pubic hair, they’re there for a medical purpose. there’s no “right” way to prep for the appointment but if you want to trim or anything to be more comfortable, that’s up to you
